Is the assessment free?
The normal callout and diagnosis fee is R250–R450 including travel. We agree the exact amount before the visit and deduct it from your repair bill if you proceed. Any waiver is agreed beforehand.
Can you repair my brand?
Send the brand, model number and fault. We assess each enquiry individually and confirm whether we can assist. Parts availability and appliance condition can affect the repair options.
How soon can you visit?
