Where are you based?
We are based in Margate on the KwaZulu-Natal South Coast, South Africa. We travel to customers’ premises; arrange a visit directly rather than arriving at an address.
Which areas do you cover?
Margate, Ramsgate, Uvongo, Shelly Beach, Southbroom, Trafalgar, Port Shepstone and the Ugu District. Confirm coverage and travel arrangements for your address before booking.
How much is callout and diagnosis?
R250–R450 including travel. The exact amount is agreed before the visit. Any waiver or special arrangement is agreed beforehand.
Are assessments or repair quotes always free?
Callout and diagnosis normally cost R250–R450 including travel. We confirm the exact fee before visiting and deduct it from the repair bill when you proceed. Contact us to discuss your fault and fee before booking; a final repair price may require assessment. A free callout or diagnosis applies only when we have agreed a waiver with you beforehand.
Is the assessment fee deducted from my repair?
Yes. When you proceed with the repair, the agreed callout and diagnosis amount is deducted from the repair bill. Parts and repair labour are quoted separately.
Can you give a final repair price on WhatsApp?
We can discuss the symptoms and explain assessment costs. A final repair quote may require diagnosis because different faults can have similar symptoms.
Do you offer same-day or 24/7 service?
Contact us for current availability. Our listed hours are Monday–Friday 08:00–17:00 and Saturday 08:00–13:00; Sunday closed. No guaranteed same-day or 24/7 service is advertised on this website.
Do you guarantee every repair?
Ask for the warranty terms applicable to the specific parts and work in your quote. No universal warranty duration or promise that every appliance can be repaired is made on this website.
Are you authorised by my appliance manufacturer?
This website does not claim manufacturer-authorised status. Brand and model details help us assess your enquiry. For manufacturer warranty work, check the manufacturer’s requirements before arranging an independent repair.
What if I decide not to repair?
The agreed assessment fee still applies unless a different arrangement was agreed before the visit. You can discuss the repair quote before deciding whether to proceed.
